Gina Davis | Owner
Mrs. Davis is a recognized Multifamily and Build-to-Rent (BTR) expert with an accomplished track record across all areas of real estate,
property, and asset management. She brings extensive experience in implementing property management strategies, investing, and
developing/designing Multifamily, BTR, and Single-Family properties. Her expertise includes a deep understanding of the housing market
dynamics—rental trends, property valuation, financing structures, and management strategies—paired with strong capabilities in market
analysis, opportunity identification, and due diligence. Throughout her career, Mrs. Davis has consistently made strategic investment
decisions that have delivered strong returns for investors, owners, and clients.
Fluently bilingual and backed by over 25 years of experience, Mrs. Davis has successfully launched three property management platforms
from the ground up. She has led national teams of more than 100 employees, known for cultivating strong tenant and employee
relationships that drive occupancy, reduce turnover, and enhance operational performance through a focus on KPIs. Her leadership
extends to overseeing more than $1B in renovations across multifamily, office, and retail assets.
Driven by a genuine passion for the housing industry, Mrs. Davis thrives on guiding projects from conception to completion, ensuring value
creation at every stage. This has allowed for long term relationships with peers and vendors and her love to educate the industry has lead
her here, helping all that have that same vision of making this industry a wonderful place.
Gizelle Davis | Co-Owner & Director of Social Media and Branding
Gizelle Davis is a dedicated student at the University of Central Florida, where she is pursuing a major in Integrated Business with a minor in Sports Business. Alongside her academic pursuits, Gizelle has also received a certificate in Event Management demonstrating her commitment to expanding her expertise in these dynamic fields.
Gizelle actively contributes to her university community, serving as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion on the UCF Panhellenic Board. Additionally, she holds the position of Vice President of Recruitment & Marketing for Kappa Delta. Her leadership roles reflect her deep passion for creating inclusive environments and organizing impactful events.
